Mlion Corporation is able to produce and load spiral welded pipes of 25mm thickness and lengths up to 100m in a single piece with our waterfront capability at our factories. For thicknesses beyond 25mm, we use LSAW and Roll Bend pipes to provide the required thickness. Our design team provides value added engineering input to optimise the design as well as utilise best practises to bring you the best possible solution to meet your budget as well as project requirements.

Our experienced logistics team charters bulk vessels to bring cargo to non port locations such as project sites whereby we unload pipes onto barges or directly to shore to enable minimal handling, facilitating quick and efficient mobilisation and piling. We also coordinate with harbour masters and port authorities to carry out hydrological surveys and navigation channels entry and exits, providing ship owners the confidence to drop anchor at such sites. Lastly, we deliver our piles with geared vessel cranes to allow customers to have the ease of simply collecting the piles instead of providing costly harbour or barge cranes to unload the heavy lift cargo.
